Ingredients
- 3β4 lb roast
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg au jus gravy mix
- 1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
- 12 pepperoncini peppers, canned
- Juice from can of pepperoncinis, to taste
Directions
- Place roast in a slow cooker.
- Add all other ingredients
- Cover and cook until tender, about 3β4 hours.
- Remove from slow cooker, place on a platter, and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes.
- Carve and serve.
Notes
Optional: Add sliced carrots and/or sliced onion.
