A Polish dish similar to coleslaw, this simple salad is a delicious medley of shredded celery root, onion, and apple, tossed in a pungent yet creamy vinaigrette. While the mixture of ingredients may sound unusual, the flavors and textures result in a tasty combination that pleases the palate. Enjoy this Polish dish on its own, elegantly served atop a bed of lettuce, or as a side dish for fresh pierogi.
