Directions

    For Candied Pecans:
  1. Mix water and powdered sugar.
  2. Place pecans on parchment paper and brush with the powdered sugar mixture.
  3. Bake pecans at 275°F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. For Apple Cider Vinaigrette:
  5. Combine cider vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, Dijon mustard, pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Add olive oil gradually and whisk to mix thoroughly.
  7. Assembly:
  8. Remove roots and cut each head of Bibb lettuce into quarters.
  9. Toss with apple cider vinaigrette, blue cheese, candied pecans, and sliced strawberries.
  10. Arrange on a serving platter.
